Return & Refund Policy for Renvera
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging where applicable.
Return Shipping
Renvera covers the cost of return shipping for approved returns.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons: personal care items, beauty or grooming items that come into contact with the body, opened or used body-applied items, intimate or hygiene-sensitive products, and any item marked final sale where applicable.
Clothing may still be returnable if unused, unworn, and in original condition, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact support@renvera.store within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos if applicable.
Refunds
Once the return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear depending on the payment provider.
Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. If the order has already shipped, the customer must follow the return process after delivery.
